Q: How do I order?
A: Near each item is an add to cart button. Click to add an item to your cart, it brings you to our shopping cart. You can continue to shop and when you are done shopping, click on the “checkout” button. You do NOT need to sign-in if you don’t want to set up an account. Just “continue checkout.” Fill in your name and shipping details and click continue. We only use Priority Mail, so click continue once again. If you have a gift certificate or coupon code enter it in the box—the amount of your gift certificate will automatically be deducted from your total. Taxes and shipping costs will be added if applicable. Then select “print and call to pay” or paypal. If you are a US resident, you may also pay by money order or check if you select “print and call”. Personal checks must clear before order is shipped.
Q: Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay?
A: No! Using Paypal to pay with your credit card is free, even if you do not have an account.
Q: When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
A: Your purchase will most likely be shipped within 2-3 days of your order, sometimes sooner — call me (215-860-3689) for rush orders. If you live in the United States, jewelry is shipped via USPS priority mail unless you request otherwise. If you are ordering an item as a gift, allow 2 weeks ahead of the occasion to be assured a timely delivery.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: In the United States your shipping is the actual priority mail charge to your location. If outside the U.S. call to confirm shipping costs. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Q: If my order is purchased as a gift, can I have it shipped directly to the recipient?
A: Yes! I will ship a gift to the recipient at no extra charge.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Yes! I will gift wrap your item free of charge! Please request gift wrap, and specify the occasion when you check out, in the "notes" section of the Paypal checkout.
* Q: What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
A: I do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, I will accept returns or exchanges, with a receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Item must be in its original condition with no signs of abuse. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please email to notify me that you are returning an item.
Q: What if I received an item as a gift, but it's not my style?
A: I will give a refund only to the original purchaser. If you desire, you can exchange your item for something else of an equal or lesser value. Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of receipt.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Custom orders are available, providing I can obtain the materials if I don't have them already; please be advised that shipping and handling for these out-sourced materials will be at the customers' expense, and can expect delivery in 2-3 weeks, depending on the order. If I indeed have the materials for a custom order, the customer can expect delivery in 1-2 weeks, again, depending on the order. Custom pieces are priced accordingly: time + materials + shipping and handling. It's not considered "custom" to ask for adjustments on existing pieces: different hooks- locking and such- can be exchanged; chains can be lengthened (at minimal cost) or shortened (no cost).
Q: What if my jewelry breaks?
A: With reasonable and appropriate use, your jewelry should last a long time. If your jewelry breaks, and I determine that it is due to craftsmanship, or faulty components, I will repair your jewelry free of charge within 3 months of purchase. If I determine your jewelry was broken by abuse repair charges will apply.
Q: What if I have an allergic reaction to metals in my jewelry?
A: If you have an allergic reaction to your jewelry, the 14 day return policy applies. All jewelry is made using sterling silver unless otherwise specified. If you have issues with sterling silver, please use your own discretion when purchasing.
Q: Is my privacy protected when I shop on your site?
A: Yes! I will never sell or give your information to any third party!
